Jujutsu Kaisen: The Inevitable Battle Between Choso and Kenjaku Begins

In the latest Jujutsu Kaisen series, Choso has grown from a vengeful villain to a protective older brother, and has become a favorite among his fans.

Her defining trait was the obligation she felt as the eldest brother. More importantly, he is also technically Yuji's older brother, as they are both Kenjaku's sons.

Choso clearly hates Kenjaku because of the abominable circumstances of the creation of him and his siblings. Hence, a confrontation between the two was bound to occur.

That moment finally came when Kenjaku raided the Star Grave Corridor in the previous chapter.

Choso was waiting for him as the first line of defense for Tengen.

Kenjaku explains to Choso that the extermination game has served its purpose, implying that his scheme to have the government kidnap a Jujutsu Kaisen wizard is playing out as he expected.

When Choso asked his mean father why he did the things he did, he simply said because they were fun.

Jujutsu Kaisen: Choso Finally Confronts Kenjaku

Prior to Kenjaku's arrival, Choso explains to Yuki and Tengen that he will have to face him alone.

Yuki warns him in this regard, as the result is almost certain death for him.

Choso argues that it makes sense for him to go first, so he can bring out Kenjaku's cursed spirit and have him reveal details about his cursed technique to the Jujutsu Kaisen.

He hopes that Kenjaku can open up his domain, which will give Yuki an opportunity to attack.

Yuki repeats that Choso will die if he does this plan, but he doesn't care.

He will be satisfied, as long as Kenjaku is killed. Back in the present, a fight ensues, and it's clearly one-sided as Choso can't even land a hit on Kenjaku.

On the other hand, Kenjaku maintained the lead with little effort. In the middle of their fight, Choso asks Kenjaku about his plans for Yuji.

He reckons Kenjaku has more in store for Yuji, since he's been watching him all along, while ignoring Choso and the rest of his siblings.

Interestingly, Kenjaku tells him that Yuji's role is simply to be a vessel.

He says that as long as Yuji and Sukuna are alive, the chain of Curses will never end in this latest Jujutsu Kaisen series. Choso's anger, because Kenjaku made it seem as if the living Yuji was the cause of everything that happened. He rejected this idea and continued to attack without success.
